The scope of works consists of the Construction of Central Control Room/building (CCR) to achieve full functionality of remote metering & monitoring of 72 no. Tenants / factories in Zonescorp at ICAD 1,2&3, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.`

Establishing 70 KM of FOC network (48 core X 2way) along the existing underground GAS pipeline in ICAD 1,2,3, Mussafah (for leakage detection, data transfer & monitoring of tenant’s  metering system  through the RTU in custom build shelter and integration with SCADA system  for remote monitoring from the Central Control Room / building (CCR).The CCR construction includes control systems including SCADA, Lead detection system (LDS), HSSD system, Clean agent system, Fire alarm control panel (FACP) ,UPS system, HVAC system including chilled water supply works, Access control system (ACS) ,CCTV system and power upgradation works involving TAQA. The architectural works included the building cladding works and office room fit out works.

Custody Gas metering system upgradation works in 72 no. Tenants / factories in Zonescorp at ICAD 1,2&3, Mussafah including meter replacement as per AGA9 requirements, Flow computer installation, Gas Analyzer (GC works), metering skid  piping works, Pressure and temperature compensation facilities, Fire & Gas system ,custom built shelters (CBS) containing RTU with flow computers, FOC patching from the field network, UPS  system. For Gas chromatograph inlet tapping specialized Hot tapping works were also carried out.
