KAD Construction LLC was awarded a Contract of R1078 – PORT VIEWS INFRASTRUCTURE AND ROAD WORKS Project, Dubai from WASL Asset Management.
On 24 March 2016, WASL Asset Management awarded the Contact for the Procurement and Construction of a complete infrastructure system for Port Views redevelopment project in Dubai, located near Port Rashid in the heart of old Dubai approximately 1.4 km south of Dubai Maritime City. Designed on an 8.5 Ha site, the community will contain 153,000 square meters of residential development, 18,000 square meters of office, 12,500 square meters of retail and 73,000 square meters of hospitality uses, along with a public open space and community mosque.
The scope of project consists
of excavation & back filling for the roads and utility works,
construction of Internal roads, parallel parking and tie ins with existing
roads electrical network, road lighting system, storm water drainage system,
irrigation system, sewerage system, firefighting network, potable water
network, electrical / telecommunication network, irrigation and firefighting
pump station.
