KAD Construction LLC was awarded the Contract of “Procurement and Construction of the R1082 - Access to IHC area (business bay) From Al Khail road and DFC road” from RTA Dubai
On 25th November 2018, RTA Dubai awarded the contract for the “Procurement and Construction of the R1082 - Access to IHC area (business bay) From Al Khail road and DFC road”. The scope of works involves the construction a right-in/ right-out serving the area from/to Al Khail Road. It also involves the development of an exit from the development onto Al Fursan Street connecting to the existing right out onto Ras Al Khor Road.
The work also includes the provision of street lighting services to the proposed roadway facilities, crossing ducts for different utilities, and the relocation and/or protection of existing services affected by the proposed highway scheme based on coordination and approval of the respective utility authorities; also includes Landscape and Irrigation Work.
