KAD Construction LLC was awarded the Contract of “Procurement and Construction of the Roads and Infrastructure Works for 96 Town Houses in Sector R11b, Marbella Village (Package 01)” from Dubai Sports City
On 06 December 2018, Dubai Sports City awarded the contract for the “Procurement and Construction of the Roads and Infrastructure Works for 96 Town Houses in Sector R11b, Marbella Village (Package 01)”.
The scope of works for roads is all in accordance with Dubai standards and in coordination with Dubai Sports City. The Road Works shall include the construction of carriageways pavement of the internal roads, other associated works related to the construction of footpaths, parking, kerbs, Traffic signs, Road markings, speed tables and any other subsequent activity related the Road works and Infrastructure Works are comprised as Sewerage, Storm Water, Drainage, Potable Water, Irrigation, Fire Fighting, Electrical / Street Lighting (including solar lights), & Telecommunication networks etc.
