R1082 - Access to IHC area (business bay) From Al Khail road and DFC road

Project location in the vicinity of Dubai Business Bay Area. IHC is surrounded by the Ras Al Khor Road and Al Khail Road and is currently connected to Business Bay vide two bridges crossing Al Khail Road. The scope of works involves the construction a right-in/ right-out serving the area from/to Al Khail Road. It also involves the development of an exit from the development onto Al Fursan Street connecting to the existing right out onto Ras Al Khor Road. The work also includes the provision of street lighting services to the proposed roadway facilities, crossing ducts for different utilities, and the relocation and/or protection of existing services affected by the proposed highway scheme based on coordination and approval of the respective utility authorities; also includes Landscape and Irrigation Work.
