The Design and Construction of Infrastructure Dubai Maritime City – Phase 1 Commercial District

Design & Construction Works -Dubai Maritime City-Phase 1 Commercial District ; consisting of complete topographic site survey, inspection and assessment of existing networks and pipe camera surveys, along with concept Design, Detailed Design and Building Permits for the whole roads and infrastructure activities and securing approvals and NOC’s for the same. Stage 2 : Construction Works; consisting of the full construction of roads and infrastructure at DMC Commercial District – Phase 1, to the applicable standards and norms of Dubai Municipality and all other relevant authorities. The scope of work includes the construction of all road works, asphalt and tiles pavements, including sidewalks, parking, curbs, signages and markings along with street light network. The scope also includes the construction of all utility works within the boundary of approximately 60 ha, sewerage network with a lifting station, storm water network with a lifting station, irrigation and firefighting systems run by a combined pump station, potable water network, telecom network and provision of future electrical ducts.
