This Project “Marbella Village” is located in Victory Heights in Dubai Sports City. The scope of work in this project is to carry out all of the works in terms of Roads and Infrastructure works for 96 Town houses in Sector R11-B. The scope of works for roads is all in accordance with Dubai standards and in coordination with Dubai Sports City.

The Road Works shall include the construction of carriageways pavement of the internal roads, other associated works related to the construction of footpaths, parking, kerbs, Traffic signs, Road markings, speed tables and any other subsequent activity related the Road works and Infrastructure Works are comprised as Sewerage, Storm Water, Drainage, Potable Water, Irrigation, Fire Fighting, Electrical / Street Lighting (including solar lights), & Telecommunication networks etc.
